What exactly is answer engine optimization?
It is the work of getting your brand named, described correctly and recommended inside the answers AI assistants generate. It covers the questions you are asked about, the sources the assistant relies on, and the language of the market asking. Traditional SEO optimizes a ranking; AEO optimizes the answer.
How do you measure what an assistant says?
We replay your buyer questions across the engine panel and store every answer we receive, then score each one for brand mentions, mention position, sentiment, share of voice, competitors and cited sources. Every score on the dashboard traces back to a stored answer you can read.
Which engines are covered?
Twenty-seven engines across two hemispheres: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Grok in the West; Qwen, Doubao, ERNIE, Hunyuan, Pangu, MiMo, DeepSeek, Kimi, MiniMax, Baichuan, Step, Yi, Spark, Kling, Ling and Jimeng Video across China. How long does a full check take?
A panel run takes roughly 30 to 60 seconds for a full set of questions, depending on how many engines you select. Runs are capped per request so results always come back in one pass.
Do you support languages beyond English?
Yes. Brand profiles carry a primary language and a list of website languages, and prompt sets can be segmented by market and language. Readiness scoring grades each market separately, so a strong English result does not hide a weak Mandarin or Arabic one.
Where does the prompt data come from?
Prompts are built from the questions buyers actually ask: your sales and support conversations, category research, and demand estimates per market. You can also import a prompt pack or type questions directly into the Answer Lab.
Can agencies run this for their clients?
That is what the agency console is for. It tracks every client brand in one portfolio view, surfaces clients at risk, collects retainers and produces white-label reports under your own name.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe or PayPal, and you can cancel any time from your account. Agency retainers can be collected through a payment link we generate per client and period.
What is your refund policy?
First-time monthly subscriptions are refundable within 14 days if you have not consumed a full month of checks. Annual plans are pro-rated after the first 30 days. Full detail is on the refund policy page.
