Service guide
How an engagement runs.
From kickoff to the first re-measured report, this is the sequence, what we need from you, and how support works.
01
Kickoff and brand profile
We agree the brands, markets and languages in scope, then load each brand profile: name, aliases, domain, category and home market.
02
Prompt set build
Your buyer questions are assembled by intent — discovery, comparison, evaluation, purchase — with volume estimates per market and language.
03
Baseline panel run
The full prompt set is replayed across the engine panel to establish a baseline: mentions, position, sentiment, citations and share of answer.
04
Gap map and priorities
You receive the gap map: the questions where you are absent, the sources winning the citation, and the competitors filling the answer instead.
05
Content autopilot
Each priority gap becomes a brief, a draft, an approval and a published page update. Work is tracked per brand with owner and due date.
06
Re-measure and report
The panel is re-run on your cadence and share of answer is trended. Agencies hand the white-label report straight to their client.
What we need before kickoff
- Brand name, known aliases, domain and the category you compete in
- The markets and languages you sell into, ranked by importance
- Read access to your site or a sitemap for page-level diagnostics
- The buyer questions your sales team hears most often
Support and response times
| Plan | Channel | First response |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | Email support | Within 1 business day |
| Growth | Email plus onboarding call | Within 8 business hours |
| Agency | Named contact and shared channel | Within 4 business hours |
Platform incidents and scheduled maintenance are posted to your named contact. Runs queue behind active panels, so a large batch can take a few minutes to complete.
