Terms of service
The agreement between you and Universal AI for use of the platform and its modules.
Last updated · 8 October 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your access to Universal AI and every module inside it. By creating an account, opening the workspace or running a check, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
2. Accounts and seats
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide and for all activity under your credentials. Seats, brands and check volumes are limited by your plan.
Notify us promptly if you believe a credential has been compromised, and we will reset access.
3. Subscriptions, fees and billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Renewal charges are taken automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Break the law, infringe third-party rights, or misrepresent a brand you do not represent
- Probe, overload, scrape or resell the platform outside your plan
- Inject content designed to manipulate assistants into unlawful, deceptive or harmful answers
- Share access credentials outside your purchased seats
5. Your data and our data
You keep ownership of the brand profiles, prompts, briefs, drafts and other content you bring to or create in the workspace. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.
We own the platform, the scoring methods, the aggregated benchmarks and the interface. Aggregate data may be used to improve the service only in a form that does not identify your brand to other customers.
6. AI output and measurement limits
Answers are generated by third-party AI systems whose behaviour changes without notice. Coverage, sentiment and visibility scores are evidence-based estimates drawn from recorded answers, not guarantees of any future answer, ranking or commercial outcome.
Engine availability varies by region; a check may return fewer answers than engines selected.
7. Third-party engines and trademarks
Engine names such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Grok, Qwen, Doubao, ERNIE, Hunyuan, Pangu, MiMo, DeepSeek, Moonshot, MiniMax, Baichuan, StepFun, 01.AI, iFlytek, Kuaishou, Ant Group and Jimeng are trademarks of their respective owners. Universal AI is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.
8. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced to your named contact, and support is provided according to the response times listed in the service guide.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity or indirect or consequential loss.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that exposes us or others to legal risk. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the workspace before they take effect. Questions go to legal@universal.orbitrankgeo.com.
